Ingredients
- 500 grams of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated

Directions
- Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large pot, bring enough water to cover the chicken breasts to a boil.
- Add the salt, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garlic, and ginger to the pot.
